1. Shipping and installation policy:

    A. In the inner city of Ho Chi Minh

- Orders over 50 million within 10km, we free shipping and installation.

- For smaller orders, far away, shipping and installation fees are due to agreement between sales staff and customers.

    B. Outside Ho Chi Minh city

Shipping charges are calculated by kilometer, and by agreement between sales staff and customers.

2. Delivery policy: (According to the agreement of quotation and contract)

    Direct delivery at LYLAN DECOSY warehouse

    Direct delivery at the construction site

    Delivery directly at your warehouse

    And other forms as agreed in the quotation and signed contract.
